Key Account Manager – Annual Salary Circa £45-65,000

Reacta Healthcare are currently looking to recruit a Key Account Manager.

This standalone role, reporting to the CCO, will be the interface between Reacta Healthcare and the Client. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating clinical demand for Reacta products within key accounts, pro-actively identifying business opportunities, presenting value propositions aligned to customer needs and objectives, and recommending solutions to drive and develop business. A major part of the role will involve client relationship management, focused on building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure that their needs are met, they are satisfied with the services and/or products provided by the company and any challenges are overcome.

Other responsibilities will include driving the sales of the existing and new product portfolio and promote the Reacta Healthcare brand through developing the sales strategies and generating leads within the pharmaceutical sector.

 Essential Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, applicants need to have a background in client management within the pharmaceutical, medicinal foods or the diagnostic/companion diagnostic industry with a strong understanding of the clinical trials space and preferably with experience in allergy. The ideal applicant will also have an understanding of delivering exceptional customer experience and working with other key stakeholders within the business to close sales across all products. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, excel at big-pharma client management with an emphasis on food allergy. This role will have a strong focus initially on engaging with the current client base and subsequently on generating new accounts. A proven account management record within the relevant areas is essential.

Other essential skills

  • Educated to degree level in a relevant science field
  • Experience in Account Management and client liaison
  • Clinical trials experience, ideally in food allergy
  • A track record of engaging key stakeholders in complex clinical environments, e.g., mid and senior level pharma professionals, key accounts and the healthcare community
  • Demonstrable experience in influencing the customer decision-making process within an ecosystem with multiple influential players /decision makers
  • Proven experience of successful working in sophisticated cross functional teams
  • Experience within business management and possess strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice and pharmaceutical products
  • Knowledge of or experience in regulatory affairs and/or quality control/assurance
  • Excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communications skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and a track record of managing multiple stakeholders
  • Initiative, innovative creativity and tenacity to achieve objectives and overcome obstacles

Production Coordinator – Annual Salary Circa £25-30,000

Due to continued growth, Reacta Healthcare are now looking to recruit a Production Coordinator. The Production Coordinator supports manufacturing operations in the areas of production planning, the generation of batch documentation and labels and data entry into the MRP system. Other areas in scope are providing administrative support in updating GMP documentation, continuous improvement activities and providing cover for supply chain activities, such as liaising with suppliers.

Key Accountabilities

  • Contributing to the preparation of weekly production plans
  • Conduct production forecasting dependant on customer orders, safety stock and inventory levels
  • Generate batch documentation for Production (including the generation of labels), in line with the schedule
  • Develop and maintain reports as required. Review daily and weekly production rates against schedule and KPIs
  • Support in the development and updating of GMP documentation
  • Support the introduction and day to day operation of an MRP system
  • Support the Supply Chain function in Procurement, Inventory and Planning activities
