Project Manager, Salary circa £60,000 per annum

Due to continued growth, Reacta Healthcare are currently looking to recruit a Project Manager. The PM will have a remit of all Company projects, working cross functionally with Operations, Quality, NPD,  and Commercial.

We are looking for a hands-on, driven individual with a strong background in project management within the pharmaceutical industry. Laboratory build, new product introduction, driving the QMS and supporting with change controls, CAPAS, and facility development will all be in scope for this fully interactive role.

Key Accountabilities Including but not limited to;

  • Provide technical communication regarding all projects
  • Creating and driving the project scope and objectives to form the overall project plan
  • Delivery of key milestones on time
  • Perform risk management to minimise any potential risks
  • Conduct post-project evaluation
  • Providing hands on support to complete elements of the projects as required

Essential Skills, Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, applicants need to have the following essential skills and experience:

  • Pharmaceutical experience
  • Strong project management experience with proven skills and an understanding of formal project management methodologies
  • Use of project management software (MS Project etc)
  • Highly skilled in organising data, documentation and other processes in an agile environment
  • Knowledge of the requirements in relation to CMC and Marketing Authorisation

Desirable Experience and Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent in Life Sciences with extensive knowledge in pharmaceutical manufacturing

Production Planner, Salary £30-32,000 per annum

Reacta Healthcare are now looking to recruit a Production Planner. This is a new role for the business, providing the right candidate with a fantastic opportunity to shape it. The Production Planner supports manufacturing operations in the areas of production planning, the generation of batch documentation and labels. The role will also involve assisting with the integration of a new MRP system into the business. Other areas in scope are providing support in authoring/updating and reviewing Good Manufacturing Practice documentation/procedures, continuous improvement activities and providing cover for supply chain activities, such as liaising with suppliers.

Production Operator, Salary £23,400 per annum

Reacta Healthcare are currently looking to recruit an Operator into the Production team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced business during a period of high growth.

This is a varied role which will include undertaking tasks during production runs, ensure cleaning is completed to set standards and to support the business needs in the facility.

The successful candidate will perform routine activities required for the maintenance of production rooms and participate in the manufacturing process, observing the site Health and Safety and Food Safety practices.

The role will involve the preparation and cleaning of production areas and equipment to set standards.

There is also a requirement to ensure that training records are suitably maintained with appropriate documentation for each activity.

Key Accountabilities

  • Contributing to the preparation of weekly production plans
  • Conduct production forecasting dependant on customer orders, safety stock and inventory levels
  • Generate batch documentation for Production (including the generation of labels), in line with the schedule
  • Develop and maintain reports as required. Review daily and weekly production rates against schedule and KPIs
  • Support in the development and updating of GMP documentation
  • Support the introduction and day to day operation of an MRP system
  • Support the Supply Chain function in Procurement, Inventory and Planning activities

Essential Skills, Qualifications and Experience To be successful in this role, applicants need to have the following essential skills and experience:

  • Experience of production planning/coordinating, preferably in a GMP environment
  • A good understanding of Manufacturing systems and constraints
  • Intermediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High regard for quality, health and safety and compliance
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of ERP system and ability to demonstrate required knowledge of ERP
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Great attention to detail
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Good initiative skills: ability to get started and work independently when necessary
  • Flexible and open to change, with a focus on continuous improvement
